The short answer, anyone can benefit from health coaching! Prioritizing health and well-being can sometimes be challenging. A Behavior Change Specialist is a guide to help you set realistic goals around your health needs and support you along the way. Health coaching takes a holistic approach, focusing on mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Each client and their health needs are unique. Through personalized sessions, you will explore your health vision and values and take control of YOUR OWN health. The health coaching model is client lead and client centered, allowing for realistic results and sustainable growth. 

About Kayla 

I am a Duke Certified Health Coach who is helping individuals achieve their well-being goals through personalized coaching sessions and workshops.

 

I am happy to support anyone looking to improve their well-being and passionate about building healthy habits for sustainable change. I personally know the struggles of trying to "do it all" as a working parent. It can be difficult in a fast-paced modern world to find time to prioritize yourself and your health when managing busy schedules. My job is to be your guide and accountability partner to create goals and actionable steps that realistically fit YOUR life and schedule. We also create backups plans for when "life happens" to overcome barriers. I want to see my clients live their fullest, happiest, healthiest lives, both personally and professionally.
